How to define a global purpose that represents more than 7,000 professionals worldwide, connects with a diverse organizational culture and is aligned with sustainability, innovation and social impact? The challenge was to build an idea capable of reflecting the current identity of Grup MEDIAPRO and, at the same time, set the course of what they want to become. A purpose that would not only inspire, but would be real, shared and activatable throughout the organization.

Solution

We approached this challenge with our proprietary methodology, based on deep engagement and strategy. We conducted audits, internal and external interviews, an international survey and co-creation sessions with teams from different countries and key profiles. This process allowed us to identify common aspirations, tensions and values that could shape a genuine purpose. The result was clear and courageous: Create with courage, committed to society. A forward-looking statement that connects with Grup MEDIAPRO's creative DNA and positions them as key cultural and social agents in a changing world.
