B Corps Reconciliation Survey

Impact project

Challenge

Mustela wanted to analyze in depth the state of work-life balance in Spain and contribute to placing this issue at the center of the social, political and business debate. Based on the hypothesis that B Corp companies, because of their commitment to the well-being of people and sustainability, could be the most advanced benchmark, the objective was clear: to understand what was being done well, what barriers persisted and what opportunities existed to move towards true co-responsibility.

Solution

From ROSAPARKS we devised and developed, together with Mustela and with the support of B Lab Spain, the first national survey on work-life balance and co-responsibility in B Corp companies in Spain. A pioneering study that allowed us to identify current practices, unmet needs and keys to promote systemic change.
The first survey on co-responsibility and work-life balance in B Corp companies in Spain has allowed us to highlight barriers, identify good practices and promote an urgent conversation on the role of companies in building a fairer, more equitable and sustainable society.

Presentation event

The results were shared in an open event with expert voices and B Corp brands, generating collective knowledge and new conversations about the role of business in real equality. An initiative that reaffirmed Mustela's leadership as a brand committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.

The study

Forty-seven people from B Corp companies participated in the study, representing 27.5% of the universe consulted. Its conclusions served as a starting point for a space for dialogue in which experts and representatives of certified companies analyzed not only the measures implemented so far, but also the challenges still pending and the key role of innovation in work-life balance within the B Corp ecosystem.
