With MUSTELA, we are developing a network-based communication that focuses on work-life balance as the main focus. We have developed a graphic code and an ad hoc narrative that we are also taking to projects inside and outside the company to make MUSTELA a benchmark in work-life balance, as well as a loudspeaker to demand a better balance between work and our personal spaces.
