Challenge

Mustela wanted to highlight work-life balance and co-responsibility, two essential pillars of its commitment as a brand. In a context where lack of time and inequality in care remain urgent social challenges, the challenge was to generate conversation, awareness and real action around co-responsibility, placing this issue at the center of social, political and business debate.

Solution

We devised and developed, together with Mustela and with the support of B Lab Spain, the first national survey on work-life balance and co-responsibility in B Corp companies in Spain . A research and dissemination project that combined analysis, dialogue and action, allowing us to identify good practices, barriers and opportunities to move towards true co-responsibility. In addition, we culminated the study with an event and a round table, where we brought together experts, companies and organizations to share lessons learned and open a transformative debate on the future of care.
The first survey on co-responsibility and work-life balance in B Corp companies in Spain has allowed us to highlight barriers, identify good practices and promote an urgent conversation on the role of companies in building a fairer, more equitable and sustainable society.

Presentation event

The results were shared in an open event with expert voices and B Corp brands, generating collective knowledge and new conversations about the role of business in real equality. An initiative that reaffirmed Mustela's leadership as a brand committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.

The study

Forty-seven people from B Corp companies participated in the study, representing 27.5% of the universe consulted. Its conclusions served as a starting point for a space for dialogue in which experts and representatives of certified companies analyzed not only the measures implemented so far, but also the challenges still pending and the key role of innovation in work-life balance within the B Corp ecosystem.
